It depends on the shipping you choose, if you go for express shipping your part will arrive in 3-7 days and if you go for a regular shipping it may take up to 7-14 days, However, sometimes due to unusual circumstances like weather delays, order volumes, holidays, etc., it may take some additional time.

Typically, orders arrive in 7-14 Business Days (Not including weekends or Holidays) under regular conditions. Please provide extra time as needed for extended construction periods, unpredictable weather conditions, or unexpected delays.

A core Charge is your old engine or transmission that you return after buying a new or remanufactured part. When you purchase from us, we may charge a core fee, which is a deposit that we hold until we receive your old part back.
We offer a 30 to 90 days’ core charge waiver for transmissions, giving you ample time to swap in your new part. Plus, we make the return process easy! This not only simplifies your experience but also helps us promote sustainability by reusing valuable components.

Your part will arrive either on a 3×3 pallet, shrink wrapped and drained of all fluids, depending on the part you ordered. Your remanufactured part will arrive in a POD. You can use the POD for core return as well. You can give us a call in case you need to know your order status.
